If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before purchasing anything from our site. US Bank and Midwest Family Broadcasting reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. Purchases from this website will reflect a charge to Midwest Family Broadcasting on your statement.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from any US Bank and Midwest Family Broadcasting websites are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

US Bank and Midwest Family Broadcasting are not responsible for the actual usage guidelines of any certificate or card, or the terms of the various businesses who provide the cards and certificates.
